Location Equipment and Care
American Amusement Arcades Field Service Team averages 10 years
experience in the industry and are responsible for the constant functionality
of equipment in the locations we serve. They are readily available via
dispatch, operate 365 days-a-year, and hold the longest hours of operation in
the area. Extended Service Hours: Sundays - Thursdays from 8:00 am until 11:00
pm and Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00 am until 1:00 am.
Our knowledgeable Repair Team fixes and cleans equipment as it
comes in to our in-house repair shop.
The American Amusement Arcades Collection Team is responsible for
visiting locations on a regular basis, collecting, and reporting revenues. They
use electronic collection equipment, ensuring both a fast and accurate
collection, and provide receipts to customers for their records. The Collection
Team provides pool cues, dart tips, chalk, and light bulbs. They are also
cross-trained to perform other duties when needed.
Our force also includes Route Helpers and Movers. The Route
Helper’s sole responsibilities are to install and maintain sound systems, phone
lines, and clean equipment. Keeping equipment clean and continuously maintained
is complimentary to the establishments we serve and helps to prolong machine
life. Our Movers move equipment within or between our locations, our warehouse,
and our shop.
